Exciting New Villa Arrangement for Phase 2 of Quail Run

Phase One of Quail Run features attached villa homes arranged in groupings of four. This arrangement creates more green space and a beautiful park-like setting. See the Glenville Villa and the Huntington Villa for more details. As planned, these will fill phase 1 of Quail Run.

In keeping with this design philosophy, the future phase of Quail Run will be built-out by Woodland Property Partners, Inc. (developer of Houston Springs and builder of the remaining villages) with an exciting new villa arrangement. Phase 2 will feature a new detached villa model, The Vickery, clustered into four-home groupings. This clustering, like the attached groupings in the first phase of Quail Run, will create large green spaces and continue the park-like feeling.
