When the "Today's Family" television show decided to do a segment on the active adult lifestyle sought after by today's baby-boomers and seniors, they selected Houston Springs as their showcase community. Some of the reason Houston Springs was selected over our competitors was our village design, our focus on value and on the "community family". The convenient location, just one mile off I-75, and the wonderful weather in Perry were other deciding factors!
