Village Amenity Areas
Our design includes community clubhouses scattered throughout the villages. All clubhouses have a large great room and a kitchen, making them perfect for parties and events. Other features, distributed amongst the clubhouses, include dance floors, card rooms/meeting rooms, fitness equipment, billiards, craft room, and more.

Villages will also contain some of the amenities that are shared by the development as a whole, such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis, bocce ball, pickle ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, etc. Amenity areas and clubhouses are available for use by all residents of Houston Springs.
