Houston Springs is a 494 acre master-planned community in Perry, amidst the beautiful gently rolling hills of Middle Georgia. This golf-cart community will contain approximately 1,200 homes upon completion. It is comprised of several villages that each have a different style of housing. Each village has a portion of the shared amenities, and there is also a central amenity area which includes the Golf Club Pro Shop. All share access to the proposed Town Square, a commercial/entertainment zone containing shops and restaurants. A central community center is also planned.

The golf course weaves through the villages, providing restful vistas of the golf course and forested nature preserves.

The villages are connected by a set of golf-cart paths and pedestrian trails, as well as conventional roads. Almost all areas are accessible by golf-cart, so you can get around the entire community without taking your car out of the garage.
