We wanted to write and tell you how satisfied we were with Houston Springs, Perry, and the surrounding area. We had searched the internet for some place less congested than Florida (where we live) and with more reasonable home costs. Perry and the cities close by came up in our search. About the same time a local realtor mentioned Houston Springs so we looked you up on the internet, liked what we saw, and made the eight hour trip.

You graciously allowed us to stay in your model home for the time we were there and we "checked out" the area, found a vet for our dog, good hospital facilities in Perry and wider service in Macon, plus good shopping (Krogers for one).

We ended up buying a house, went to the local furniture store (great place), and picked out our furniture which they are storing until our house is complete. We also bought a golf cart which you were kind enough to store. We are selling one car as we feel eventually we can shop or maybe get to Perry in the golf cart if a projected cart path is built.

To date, we are very satisfied with our "Perry Experience".
