What sets Houston Springs apart from the rest? Every aspect of our design is focused on the "Community Family." Although we will have approximately 1,300 homes upon completion, they are nestled into small villages, each with its own housing style. This means that you will always be surrounded by familiar faces! Each village has its own clubhouse for village events, parties, club meetings, or just "hanging out!" Our residents tell us they have never made friends faster than when they moved to Houston Springs.

To encourage social interaction between villages, a different portion of the planned and existing shared amenities is based at each village clubhouse. One village has a tennis court, card room, swimming pool, and fitness room. Another village will feature a dance floor, billiards, an arts & crafts room, table tennis, horseshoes and bocce ball, and so on.

Most large scale Active Adult communities feature one massive central amenity area with a huge clubhouse in the 25,000 square feet or more size range. They are very grand, but they can also be very impersonal (not to mention making your dues very expensive). Many of our residents who moved from such communities said that they never saw the same faces twice, and are thrilled to be part of Houston Springs' community family!
