We actively follow-up after you purchase a Houston Springs home

We are very proud of our excellent warranty staff and our proactive warranty program; in fact, we believe it to be one of our strongest selling points. We want you to feel assured that your new home is fully warranted against defects in material, manufacture, and construction. A warranty supervisor will visit you at your 1, 3, and 11 month anniversaries to inspect the structure and ensure your peace of mind.

The First Year

During the first year of owning your newly constructed home, your warranty provides repairs or replacements to fix:

Defects in materials or workmanship as defined in National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) Performance Guidelines.
Defects in the electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems such as interior climate control system as defined in the NAHB Performance Guidelines including the wiring, piping and ductwork portions of the systems.

And More

Many of the items in your home will come with their own warranty directly from the manufacturer, and these warranties may extend beyond the one year coverage of your home. For instance some of our optional air conditioning/heating systems come with a ten year warranty, and major appliance warranties on expensive items like refrigerator compressors typically run at least five years.
