Fairway Ridge - an island rising above the surrounding golf course


Fairway Ridge, the first village in Houston Springs, is a "T" shaped island surrounded by the golf course. The homes sit above the golf course on a ridge, providing vistas of the golf course and the bordering forested nature preserves. No other village in the development will have as many golf-front homes as Fairway Ridge!

Fairway Ridge features single-family homes with low maintenance exteriors, two baths, two or three bedrooms, and starting prices in the mid-100's. Landscaping upkeep is included in the homeowners' dues.

Village amenities include a village community clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, lake, and park areas. Because it is in the middle the golf course, the Fairway Ridge amenity area also contains the Golf Pro Shop and the short-game practice green.
