The aesthetic beauty of design and function of our home is obvious at first glance to all who visit. What isn't obvious is the quality of construction that is hidden underneath. I have family in the constrution business and all have commented on how well built our home is. We are impressed from the ground up. What makes this even more amazing is the availability of th edesigner and builder. Ray and Donna Evans are easy to find and more than willing to discuss any and all of their workmanship. In today's market you will see most developers take thier money and leave, but not these guys. They are always available and we couldn't recommend them and their product enough. Alliance really delivers a quality home!

We purchased a villa in Quail Run during the pre-construction stage in the fall of 2005.  The first week of July we went to view the finished models and we were extremely delighted with the finished product.  They are just BEAUTIFUL and far exceeded our expectations.  This will be our seventh house and the level of expertise shown by the builder, Alliance Real Estate Development, LLC, stands out in every detail of the construction.

We expect to begin enjoying our new villa in Houston Springs in the early part of September.
